What to know

• The add-in inserts logos into your slide when you choose to do so.
• It needs permission to edit the current document in order to insert images.
• Logos you see come from your organization’s approved catalog.

Privacy

• You can opt in or out of usage analytics at any time:
  • In the PowerPoint add-in, open the settings icon in the header and toggle Analytics on/off.
  • In the web dashboard, use the Analytics button in the top-right toolbar.
  • On quikturn.io, click Analytics On/Off in the site footer.
• When analytics are disabled, we stop sending events to both PostHog and Matomo immediately. Only an on-device preference (qt.analytics.preference) remains so the choice persists across reloads (it is cleared if you remove site data or reinstall the add-in).
• For organization-level policies or data retention, contact your administrator.
