I don’t see the Quikturn button in PowerPoint

• Contact your administrator to confirm the add-in is deployed to your account.

I can’t sign in

• Check your email and password.
• Make sure you have an active internet connection.

Search shows no results

• Clear the search box and try again.
• If you still see nothing, your account may not have access to logos yet.

Inserted logos don’t fit

• Select a container shape first, or choose a different shape in the add-in before inserting.

Where are my saved lists?

• Open Import List and search by name. Ensure you’re signed in to the right account.
